Oatmeal Pancake with Frios Natura Matcha

  • 4 g of Frios Natura Matcha (one teaspoon)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup of milk
  • a spoonful of vanilla
  • ½ banana



  • Place the oats in the blender, cover, and begin blending into a fine powder to create oatmeal. Then, mix all the powders and stir very well (Matcha, Baking Soda, Oat Flour). Mix the wet ingredients separately in another container (eggs, milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla). Mash half a banana (the riper the better) and mix with the wet ingredients. As a next step, mix the wet ingredients with the powders, until fully integrated (do not over mix so they do not remain hard). Previously, heat a pan with ghee, butter or coconut oil. Pour in the mixture a little at a time and flip until it is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  • TIP: You can adjust the amount of Matcha to your liking, whether you prefer more or a little less.
