Products Available

 

All one-liter purees and other items are available to purchase as single units, Box of 6, 9 & 12. You may choose to purchase a single flavor or multiple flavors for either shipment.

 

Box of six contains 6 single liters of one or multiple flavors. 

Box of nine contains 9 single liters of one or multiple flavors. 

Box of twelve contains 12 single liters of one or multiple flavors. 

 

All Items are shipped from Van Nuys, Ca 91406

 

Order Fulfillment

  • For all orders within 250 miles of Los Angeles CA, will be shipped via UPS Ground next-day delivery Monday through Thursday ONLY.  (Except U.S. holidays)
  • AZ & NV Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground next-day delivery Monday through Wednesday ONLY. (Except U.S. holidays)
  • All Orders outside CA, NV & AZ will be shipped via UPS AIR 2nd day delivery Monday through Wednesday ONLY. (Except U.S. holidays)
  • All Orders must be received before 9:00 am PST to be shipped the same day.
  • All Orders received after 9:00 am PST are to be shipped the following business day
  • For all UPS Air shipments that order must be received no later than Wednesday at 9:00 am

Single units order minimums & maximums

  • The minimum order is ONE (1)
  • There is no maximum amount to order, however, we suggest for large quantities call our office to talk about wholesale rates and credit lines.

Shipping

  • All fruit purees are PERISHABLE and will be shipped FROZEN via UPS ground or UPS AIR next day delivery.
  • Shipping cost is based on UPS Standard rates to the zip code provided.
  • Shipping days are Monday-Thursday only.
  • Friendly Fruits Inc. ships to only the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Orders with an Alaska or Hawaii shipping address will not be fulfilled.
  • UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Box addresses.
  • All packages are released without signatures.
  • To make sure that you are satisfied with your order, please fully inspect the product upon receipt.
  • We are not responsible for product shipments that spoil or are delayed by UPS due to:
    • Packages left unrefrigerated at the delivery address for extended periods of time.
    • Packages are transferred back to the freight location due to customer absence at the delivery address or incorrect or missing address information.
    • Delay in delivery time or delivery cancellation due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address, weather, or UPS transportation mechanical issues.
  • Friendly Fruits Inc reserves the right to delay the shipment of orders due to inclement weather or severe heat conditions. Customers with delayed orders will be contacted.
  • For UPS Ground shipments all units will be packed in a box with insulating materials and will be shipped with a single or more iced gel bags depending on the total number of units shipped,
  • For UPS next day Air all units will be packed in a box with insulating materials and will be shipped with a single or more iced gel bags and/or dry ice depending on the total number of units shipped,
  • Please inspect your product upon delivery, please be aware that the puree may not be completely frozen but should at least be cool to the touch.
  • Upon receipt, If the product is frozen you may immediately transfer the product from the shipping container to your freezer.
  • Upon receipt, If the product is thawed you may immediately transfer the product from the shipping container to your refrigerator.
  • We do not recommend re-freezing the product.
  • Note: In months when there are extreme heat temperatures, the product may arrive thawed. The product should at least be cool to the

touch.

Handling Fee:

 

All orders include a handling fee for shipping materials, labor, and dry ice if applicable.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • No cancelations will be accepted for orders placed before 9:00 am for same-day shipping.
  • Order cancellations must be received by 8 am PST.
  • We do not accept any physical returns due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • If you believe that there is an issue with your order, please store the product in a freezer and contact us at 213-584-1974 or info@friendlyfruits.com within 7 days of receipt.

Storage & Handling

Purees, the shelf life of the purees is two years however, due to FDA regulations we must mark it down as one year from the production date if is stored frozen. This date is inkjet coded on the side of the unit.

Friendly Fruits reserves the right to submit the purees for a one-time expiration date revision.

Once the unit is open, the shelf life will range between 3-4 months if the puree stays refrigerated below 40° F.

To use, thaw the puree overnight in a refrigerator or quickly thaw by placing the units in a bath of cool water. Once thawed out, stir before use.

Do not use hot water to accelerate the thawing process.

 

Smoothie Mix

The shelf life of our smoothie mix is one year from the date of manufacture.

Please keep the smoothie mix in a cool dry place and seal the bag if not used.

This Best By date is inkjet coded on the side of the bag.

Bakalar Café de Olla syrup

The shelf life of our syrup is one year from the date of manufacture.

Please keep the syrup in a cool dry place and seal the bottle if not used.

This Best By date is inkjet coded on the side of the bottle.
