Shrimp with Mango Pineapple Habanero Salsa

  • 1 kg of medium shrimp
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 2 pieces of beaten egg
  • 3 cups Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
  • 1 ¼ cups coconut oil, avocado oil, or oil of your choice
  • 3 oz Frios Salsas Pineapple Mango Habanero
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 piece of lemon (zest)
  • 1/6 cup finely sliced ​​red onion
  • 10 coriander leaves


  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Pass them through flour, beaten egg and bread them with panko. Fry the shrimp in hot oil, until fully cooked. Mix the Salsa with the lemon juice, lemon zest, red onion and cilantro leaves. Serve the fried shrimp, accompanied by the sauce.
